Sage API access
Both Sage 50 and Sage 200 expose ways to read and write data. The automation needs the right credentials and a mapping of your products, clients, and tax codes.
POPIA compliance
You are moving personal data (names, signatures, locations, contact numbers) between WhatsApp and Sage. Where it is stored, who can access it, and how long you keep it must be handled to POPIA standards. Build this in from the start.
VAT and SARS correctness
