We already have a TMS or ERP. Is Tapnet for us?
It can be. You don’t have to replace systems that work. We look at what you run and where work still falls between systems, then scope any connections with you before you commit.
Can Tapnet run several depots or branches?
Yes. Tapnet supports multi-depot, multi-branch and multi-region operations, with reporting across them where you need it.
Is Tapnet only for couriers?
No. Some businesses run deliveries on it, some run vehicles and drivers, and some need both. When you set up, you tell it what you do and it puts those tools first.
Does it show live vehicle tracking?
Yes, with our Cartrack integration, set up by arrangement. It tracks your trucks and cars, so location depends on using it. Without it, statuses are updated by your team or driver, and customers follow them on a tracking page.
Is there a POD app for drivers?
Yes. Our Android Driver App shows drivers their assigned jobs and captures signatures, photos and delivery notes, even with no signal, then syncs. We roll it out to your drivers as part of your set-up; it is not yet on Google Play or the App Store. Signed PODs can also be uploaded to the waybill.
Does Tapnet do my invoicing?
Invoicing is available on a tailored set-up, and we confirm it with you first. Standard packages keep the PODs, documents and reports your finance team needs.
Do we have to move off Sage or Xero?
No. Your accountant keeps working where they work today. Connecting Sage or Xero is set up by arrangement and tested on your accounts.
Does Tapnet handle customs?
Tapnet keeps cross-border paperwork with each delivery. It doesn’t prepare, submit or clear customs declarations.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Every package is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
What does the set-up fee cover?
