7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee Items exchanges are available only if you receive an item in a non-human damaged or non-working condition, or if the item you received is not what you ordered or is incorrectly shipped. To determine the issue, we require picture or video proof. Once we confirm it’s a DOA case, we will send a replacement at no cost (including shipping) within 7 days, or you can request a full refund.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you’ve received an item and within 7 days of receiving it, you realize it’s the wrong product or you’re dissatisfied with it, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable in such cases. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all documentation and accessories for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Warranty Within 1 year from the date of your order (except for all Google/Alexa products, which have a 6-month warranty from the importer), products damaged by non-human factors can be submitted to our support center for evaluation. Once we confirm it’s a quality problem, we’ll cover the shipping cost for a replacement. If we can’t determine whether there’s a product problem (picture or video proof is essential to identify the issue), the customer needs to return the product for inspection for a responsibility assessment.

No Compensation in the Following Cases:

  1. Damage and natural wear and tear during use are the customer’s responsibility.

  2. No compensation or repair for items damaged by customer misuse beyond the warranty period.

  3. Flashing firmware, modifying, removing, or customizing items.

  4. Requests for a refund based on subjective or unacceptable reasons.

  5. Return and replacement requests without RMA authorization.

  6. Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, or incorrect installations.

  7. Accidental damage.

Refund Process If a refund is requested and approved, Tapnet Solutions will process the refund within 3-6 days upon receiving the returned item. The refund processing time depends on the payment method:

  • Credit card refunds will take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company and intermediaries.
  • EFT refunds will take 3 to 5 business days.

Tapnet Solutions reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged from misuse, missing accessories/documentation, or if the product is altered in any way.

Tapnet Solutions is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use or misuse of any product.

Refunds will be subject to inspection of the products, and if the product is no longer in new condition, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
